Ouagadougou: The Secretary General of the Government and the Council of Ministers, Mathias Traoré, launched on Thursday a series of training sessions for the benefit of 130 agents of his department, with a view to better managing the careers of civil service agents. 130 agents from the general secretariat of the government and the Council of Ministers divided into 4 socio-professional groups will benefit, from July 1 to 24, 2024, from strengthening their knowledge. This training, focused on career management and public service ethics, will help sharpen the sense of responsibility of agents of the general secretariat of the government and the Council of Ministers. According to the first head of the department, Mathias Traoré, this training is part of the desire of the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré to provide the administration with competent and conscientious public agents. Mathias Traoré assured that in the long term, these skills-building sessions will allow secretarial staff to no longer mak e mistakes through ignorance in the exercise of their profession.
