Algeria's beach basketball team (men) defeated Kenya's at the opening game of the discipline on Wednesday, played as part of group 1 of the African Beach Games in Hammamet. The game ended on a 21-09 score. Group 1 is made up of Kenya, Tunisia, and Algeria. The national team will take on Kenya later in the afternoon and will face Algeria on Thursday.
