Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani has stressed the importance of redoubling efforts to improve the quality of administrative services and bring them closer to citizens.
Receiving the 29th annual report of the "Citizen-Supervisor" team on Monday, the Prime Minister emphasised the need to follow up the observations and recommendations contained in this document in order to promote commendable initiatives and mainstream them in all public services, while addressing the shortcomings identified.
He stressed the importance of improving reception conditions for citizens and ensuring the quality and speed of services. He also advocated streamlining procedures, reducing documentation requirements and expanding remote administrative services, according to a statement from the Prime Ministry.
Hachani also called on ministries to improve the working conditions of employees, provide them with skills and urge them to fulfil their professional duties.
