Minister of Women, Family, Children and the Eldery Amel Bel Haj Moussa inaugurated Monday El Aman Centre for the support and guidance of women victims of violence. This centre is designed to provide accommodation and support for women victims of violence and their children. while protecting their privacy and personal data, Belhaj Moussa told the media on the fringes of the inauguration ceremony of this first national centre. This centre will offer psychological and legal counselling to abused women. Victims of violence who meet the requirements of SAMIDA programme will be economically empowered. The ministry intends to set up more centres in all governorates to empower abused women, the minister further said.
