Candidate Sofien Laouini's electoral programme for the local elections (El Fath constituency/Bardo local council) includes several points, notably the consolidation of the local development process in the region and the upgrading of infrastructure. The candidate pledged to work towards the completion of outstanding economic projects, notably the municipal market, the sports ground and the health facility. The candidate also promised to reactivate the housing co-ownership unions and to set up leisure areas for children. He also undertook to help young people with innovative project ideas to find funding opportunities from businessmen.
