Local elections-Tunis 1: 15 candidates vying in Ezzouhour delegation

Fifteen candidates are vying for the local council elections in the constituencies of the Ezzouhour delegation, under the jurisdiction of the Tunis 1 Local Electoral Authority. They are continuing, for the 4th consecutive day, their election campaigns which have focused, in particular, on issues related to public transport in the region, rainwater drainage as well as entertainment spaces for children and young people in the Ezzouhour region. The candidates are: Dorsaf Souissi, Salwa May, Ahmed Hammami, Faten SamaSli, LassaSd Dahmen, Ahmed Omrani, Mohamed Ali Belhareth, Jamel Arfaoui, Sameh Sehli, Khemaies Abdelli, Rabeb Ben Ayed, Abdeddayem M'hamdi, Abdessalem Ajina, Jamila Mensi and Yassine Ben Khaled, the only candidate with disability. The Ezzouhour delegation (West Tunis) covers an area of 4 Km2. It is home to 4,040 inhabitants in 6 imadas: Ezzouhour, Ezzouhour 4, EssaSda, Somrane, Tayarane and Bach Hamba neighbourhoods. It counts 9 primary schools, a middle school, a high school, 2 cultural centres, 10 sports halls, 5 children's clubs and 8 kindergartens. There is also a primary health care centre, a medical analysis laboratory, 5 infirmaries, a post office and 4 bank branches. There is just one industrial company with 636 employees in the delegation.
