Palestinian ambassador attends ceremony to commemorate anniversary of killing of three Fath members

Palestinian Ambassador in Tunis Hayel Al-Fahoum Sunday told reporters the commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of the assassination of three Fatah Central Committee members revives the militant spirit and determination to continue fighting for the recovery of Palestinian rights. These leaders spread hope in the future and nurtured the spirit of resistance. The historical resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of the barbaric agressions by the Zionist entity is an eloquent illustration, he said. The world is discovering today that Palestinians are fighting today to safeguard their rights and the strategic rights of Humanity to peace and security. Tunisia's unwavering support is a gain for the Palestinian cause, he added. Delegate of Hammam-Lif Sami Ben Amor said this commemoration shows Tunisia will always stand beside the Palestinian people in their fight to recover their rights. Three Fatah Central Committee members were killed on January 14, 1991, during a meeting in Carthage, Tunis norther n Suburbs. Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) deplored the killing of Salah Khalaf, aka lias Abou Iyad, Hayel Abdelhamid, aka Abu Al Houl and Fakhri Amri aka abu Mohamed.
