Progressive left-wing parties organised a rally in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza in front of the Municipal Theatre in the capital on Saturday evening. A number of organisations took part in the rally and expressed their support for the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and the Palestinian people in the occupied territories in the face of the Zionist aggression and demanded the criminalisation of normalisation. The solidarity rally was called by the Workers', Democratic Al-Qotb and Democratic Patriots Unified parties and was attended by the Tunisian League for the Defence of Human Rights, the Association of Supporters of Palestine in Tunisia and the widow of engineer Mohamed Zouari, who was assassinated by the Mosad in 2016.
