Tunisia attends 26th Francophone Health Meetings in Geneva

Tunis: Health Minister Ali Mrabet said on Sunday as he attended the 26th francophone Health Meetings in Geneva, Switzerland, there is need to strengthen North-South relations as well as tripartite cooperation in the French-speaking world. The event is held annually by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) on the theme : Modern Approaches in the service of Healthcare services as part of the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland (27 May - 1 June) 2024. Mrabet said the private sector plays a key role in the public-private partnership which serves world health. Tunisia, he further said, lends paramount importance to innovation and development in the health sector, mainly by means of boosting e-health and securing healthcare access for all.
