Adaklu Abuadi: The Youth of Adaklu on Saturday presented a parcel to Mr. Governs Kwame Agbodza, Member of Parliament for Adaklu for his sterling performance. The presentation was made during a 'breakfast meeting' organised by Adom Group of Companies for the youth from all political parties in the district at Adaklu Abuadi. The 'breakfast meeting' which was on the theme: 'The development of Adaklu :the role of our youth in politics. ' It was to brainstorm on the development of Adaklu and to maintain peace before, during and after the 2024 general elections. The presentation was made on behalf of the youth by Mr. Daniel Donkor, Chief Executive Officer of Adom Group of Companies. He stated that it was in recognition of Mr. Agbodza's achievements, especially his elevation as the Minority Chief Whip in Parliament. He praised Mr. Agbodza for his development drive for Adaklu, especially in the areas of education and health. Mr. Egypt Komla Kudoto, Volta Regional first Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, who received the gift on behalf of Mr. Agbodza commended the youth for the gesture. He said the achievements of Mr. Agbodza were an honour not only for Adaklu but also the Volta region. Mr. Kudoto hoped the honour would be an inspiration for Mr. Agbodza to serve the people better. Several people were also presented with parcels for their diverse roles in the development of Adaklu. They include Mr. Kadey Donkor, former District Chief Executive for Adaklu, Mr. Charles Kudi, acting Operations Officer of the Youth Employment Agency, Adaklu District and Mr. Dannish, Group Manager of Adom Group of Companies.
