An earth tremor measuring 3.4 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded at 11.30 am local time on Thursday in the south-eastern region of Kerkennah (sea coast), according to the National Institute of Meteorology (INM). The tremor's epicentre was located at 34.40 degrees latitude and 11.36 degrees longitude, according to preliminary analyses provided by the INM's seismological stations.
