Mr Donald Brown Dzameshie, a Parliamentary aspirant on the ticket of the Progressive Alliance for Ghana (PAG) for Akatsi South Constituency has expressed his desire to represent his constituents with a focus on creating jobs. ' I am a Progressive Alliance for Ghana aspirant and have been actively involved in public service and community development for some years now. My vision is to create sustainable jobs for the youth,' he stated. Mr Dzameshie, an entrepreneur, youth activist, and a humanitarian from Ayitikope, a community within Akatsi South, revealed in an engagement with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that his core policies were to ensure the protection of constituents ensuring an enhanced security presence. He promised to make agriculture simple for peasant farmers and the younger generations as well as transforming Akatsi South into an industrial hub in the coming years. 'I am committed to bringing progress and prosperity to the people of Akatsi South when given the nod to serve as their representat ive in Parliament. My leadership will be opened for all to access without any hindrance or whatsoever.' Mr Dzameshie, who is making his first appearance, is among two other aspirants namely, Lawyer Bernard Ahiafor, the incumbent NDC Member of Parliament for Akatsi South, and Mr Mawuli Ocloo Egos of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
