Bogandé/ Maracana Vacances Culture: FC MAÇON and FC MACB start the competition with a draw

Ouagadougou: The first edition of the Vacances Culture et sports maracana tournament in Bogandé was launched on Sunday August 4 on the Bogandé municipal grounds. In the opening match, FC MAÇON and FC MACB played to a goalless draw. Cultivating peace and social cohesion while keeping young people healthy and useful during these vacation times is the objective of the maracana tournament called 'Holidays Culture and Sports in Bogandé' (BO.VA.CS). This tournament, which brings together 12 teams registered in this first edition, is an initiative of a group of sons from the commune of Bogandé, all serving outside the commune. According to Juliano Dinyeri serving in Kaya in the North Center, member of the collective of promoters of BO.VA.CS, the organization of such an activity is intended to be a framework for cultivating living together between young people from the different communities of Bogandé in these difficult periods that Burkina is going through. He therefore invited young people to a culture of cohesi on, fraternity and solidarity, a guarantee of peace in the community. In the opening match, the teams FC MÂCON and FC MACB delivered a pleasant but goalless match with zero goals everywhere. This was followed by the second match of the day, FC Yandouama # Patriotes ending with a 1 goal to zero in favor of FC Yandouama. It was in the presence of many supporters, provincial authorities and sponsors, all former players from the city of Bogandé. The representative of His Majesty Yempaabou Lankoandé, head of the canton of Bogandé, patron of publishing, Diayoudi Robert Lankoandé as well as the oldest sponsor Ouoba Tianhouri Dimanchi known as Doctor balloon unanimously welcomed this initiative which aims to promote peace and living together harmonious in the commune of Bogandé.
