Lawyer Dalila Msadek has been informed of her summons to appear before the examining magistrate on December 5 in a new case, following a decision by the Tunis Court of Appeal, the defence committee in the "conspiracy against state security" case has announced. The decision was taken in accordance with Legislative Decree 54, Articles 13 and 87 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 315 of the Penal Code, the committee said in a statement. "The new case directly targets all the members of the defence collective in order to intimidate them and prevent them from defending and supporting the political prisoners," the same source said. The investigating judge at the Tunis Court of First Instance, on Tuesday, heard lawyer Dalila Msadek and decided to keep her at liberty, pending the outcome of the investigation into the case brought against her by the prosecution.
