Gangwon 2024 (Bobsleigh): Tunisian Jonathan Lourimi bags silver in Men’s Monobob’We have a collective agenda’ – says Cameroon defender

Tunisian Jonathan Lourimi Tuesday bagged the silver medal in Men's Monobob Heat 2 - Bobsleigh in the 4th Winter Youth Olympic Games (Gangwon 2024). Lourimi finished second after clocking 1:49.96. Korea's SO Jaehwan finished first (1:48.63) and China's CHI Xiangyu 3rd (1:50.18). Tunisia is partaking for the first time in these games which will run till February 1 with the participation of some 1,800 athletes from 79 countries. Wooh said in a post-match interview that they are not thinking about individual performance but rather what they give collectively.? 'I'm thinking collectively, and the objective is to win. 'We are going to be in this competition, and we are going to have the next games and we want good results,' he added. Defender, Wooh, however, noted that they have learnt from their past mistakes and were looking forward to making amends in the next round of matches. 'We knew we do not have to give up; we had to prove that we had the strength to move on and we learnt from our mistakes,' he said.?
