The Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry is overseeing Tunisia's participation in the African Business Forum «AfritradeB2B,» which will be held from July 10 to 15 in Abuja, Nigeria. The mission is being organised in collaboration with the Tunisian Embassy in Abuja, as well as the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nigerian Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control. The aim is to encourage trade integration on the African continent within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), said the Chamber of Commerce in a press release on Monday. Bringing together more than 200 Nigerian companies and around 100 other African companies, "AfritradeB2B" is intended as a platform for meetings and commercial exchanges between African business operators. The event offers participants the opportunity to develop profitable business partnerships with stakeholders in critical sectors of the African economy. Tunisian companies can exhibit samples of their products and advertising materials at the forum, the chamber points out, adding that those meeting the requirements of the FOPRODEX or TASDIR+ funds will be able to apply for financial support.
