Three more bodies of irregular sub-Saharan migrants were found on Tuesday in the delegation of Hidra of Kasserine Governorate.
Two of them were found in one of the forests in the region, while the third body was found in a 4-metre-deep well.
This takes the number of bodies of sub-Saharan migrants found during the last 48 hours in the delegation of Hidra to seven, according to the delegate Sami Dhawafli.
The regional official told TAP that the three bodies will be transferred to the forensic medicine department in the local hospital in Kasserine to determine the causes of death.
The bodies of 4 people from sub-Saharan Africa had been found on Monday in the locality of al-Sarri and its surroundings in the delegation of Hidra.
Pending the final forensic report, Local Director of Health in Kasserine Abdelghani Chaabani told TAP that the causes of death of the four migrants might be cold, thirst, hunger and extreme exhaustion.
